As we’re building a killer product that will open the world of events to anyone who wants to create shared experiences, we need an Online Marketing Manager to help us grow our user base.

You are a self-starter and independent thinker, crazy about online marketing and barely able to hold in all the ideas that go through your head.  You have a 2+ years experience in similar roles (e.g. advertiser, digital agency). You’re an expert in acquisition and in juggling SEA, display, affiliation, social media advertising and retargeting. Analytics tools hold no secrets for you, and data is crucial to you as it drives your strategy. You’re detail-oriented, always testing and optimizing.



Your bread and butter

You will take charge of our lead generation efforts. Your tasks will include:

— Developing and managing our multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing, display, retargeting, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, etc.) to drive platform user growth.

— Planning, analyzing and reporting marketing performance.

— Conducting research (market analysis, industry benchmarks, trends, opportunities, customer needs and expectations).

— Monitoring competition to help define our marketing strategy.

— Experimenting with innovative ways to improve conversion rate, including landing page optimization, ads A/B testing, targeting experimentation.

— Tracking, measuring and analyzing campaigns (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

— Evaluating emerging technologies to identify new opportunities

You will work closely with our Head of Growth, Régis Poulenc, and our Content Manager, Sabina Fratila, to ensure lead generation goes hand in hand with our vision and strategy.
